David Green wins at Pikes Peak
Fountain, CO (July 23, 2005) -
Pikes Peak is in
an area that is not known for being hot. But when the Busch Series
came to town, the temperature rose. Not only was the temperature
hot, reaching into the 100’s, but so was David Green. Green started
out the weekend practicing in the top-10. After having an unlucky
qualifying run, Green was able to take his Ford Taurus from 14th
to 1st. Green passed Clint Bowyer in the final two laps
to take his #27 Kleenex®/King Soopers Ford Taurus to victory lane.

Biffle Spins and WINS in Phoenix
Avondale, AZ (April 22, 2005) - If you only
watched the first part of Friday night's NASCAR Busch Series
race at Phoenix International Raceway, you probably wouldn't
have given Greg Biffle much of a chance to win the inaugural
race under the lights at the 1.0-mile oval. However, fans that
stayed up to watch the caution filled race were treated to an
amazing comeback by the driver of the #66 Henkel Ford.

Green Takes Point Lead with Mr. Goodcents 300
Win
Frantic
last lap dash nets third victory of the season
Kansas City, KS (October 4,
2003) - Baseball Hall of Fame Catcher Yogi Berra
used to say, “It’s not over till the fat lady
sings." Well, if Berra or the “fat lady”
were at the Kansas Speedway Saturday afternoon
for the Mr. Goodcents 300 NASCAR Busch Series
event, they both were “screaming” as they
watched the final lap. David Green, who was
second on the restart with one lap remaining,
beat Bobby Hamilton Jr., Kevin Harvick, and
Greg Biffle to the checkered flag to post his
third win of the 2003 season. The win also
propelled Green back atop the NASCAR Busch
Series point standings.

Wolf

Worth, TX (April 6, 2002) - Jeff Purvis
gave Timber Wolf their first career
NASCAR Busch Series victory with a
rain-shortened win in the O’Reilly 300

afternoon. It was a race filled with
drama as rain postponed the start of the
scheduled 200-lap, 300-mile race for
almost four hours. Then, race strategy
and key pit stops played a major role in
the first victory for Timber Wolf and
parent company Swedish Match North
America in NASCAR.
