Program Director Wholesale and Logistics

Brewco is looking for a dynamic Program Director – Wholesale & Logistics to help lead and grow our operations across the country. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, this high-impact role plays a key part in coordinating and overseeing wholesale and logistics programs in all Brewco markets—and lending support in non-Brewco markets as needed. Tour Manager

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Tour Manager is responsible for: Supervision and/or management of all day-to-day elements of experiential mobile marketing tour. This includes scheduling, personnel management, assisting with program promotion and outreach coordination, organizing delivery and infrastructure, event activation, and various administrative tasks.

Director of Retail Services

We’re looking for a bold, innovative, and hands-on Director of Retail Services to take charge of our retail operations across the U.S. — from mobile pop-ups and branded activations to multi-state retail programs. You’ll be the strategic driver and operational backbone of our Retail Services pillar, working under the leadership of the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure performance, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.

HR Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist will assist the Director of Human Resources with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) and including hiring and interviewing staff and enforcing company policies and practices. There will be a significant requirement for recruiting and performing interviews.

Non-CDL Driver

Under the direction of the Program Director and/or Tour Manager, the Driver – Non-CDL is responsible for: Safely transporting all Brewco Marketing Group and program/tour assets to various locations within the United States and Canada, assisting with the set up and tear down of each event activation, serving as a program/tour ambassador, and providing general assistance during event activation.

CDL Class A Driver

The Driver CDL Class-A / Brand Ambassador – Compassion Mobile Experience is responsible for: Safely transporting all Brewco Marketing Group and program/tour assets to various locations within the United States and Canada, assisting with the set up and tear down of each event activation, serving as a program brand ambassador during event activations, providing general assistance during event activations, and coordinating safe and successful event activations.

Brand Ambassador (Jackson, MS)

This position will be involved in the coordination of retail fronts in market under the direction of the Area Manager.

Texas

The Stock Manager will oversee the company's product stock levels, ensuring they have the right volume of products available to sell by monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, placing orders with suppliers, and managing warehouse operations to prevent stockouts and optimize storage efficiency. This includes management of inventory at partner locations, mobile assets, and the company warehouse.

Brand Ambassador (Austin, TX)

A Brand Ambassador is to build the image of our smoke-free brand and to inspire Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine users which discussing the differences and benefits of using a smoke-free alternative. An ambassador will operate in specific breweries, restaurants/bars, night life and local city events network and will be responsible for facilitating legal age smokers and nicotine users, who would otherwise continue to smoke, to convert to a smoke-free alternative by explaining its purpose, matching its benefits to their needs. Overall, Brand Ambassadors act as key contributors to the smoke-free future we’re working towards. The core function of this role is to introduce Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users to our smoke-free product following all guidelines as this is a critical step in converting Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users by working with them 1:1 providing an exceptional consumer experience.

Area Manager (San Antonio, TX)

Management position leading the deployment of in-market programs and platform building (venues and events) under the direction of the Program Director and Program Manager.

Events and Logistics Coordinator (San Antonio, TX)

Management position involved in the coordination of retail fronts in market under the direction of the Area Manager. Provides a conduit for communication between retail fronts in-market and the Area Manager. Coordinates logistics for the regional program; Maintains communication; Executes and orchestrates visual merchandising; Works with Leadership on events and activations; Plans events and executes events.
