NASCAR celebrated its 75th anniversary with an exciting Daytona 500 this past weekend. Brewco Marketing Group (BMG) was excited to send a large team and several assets to the prestigious race to support the varying needs of our partners.
The McDonald’s Snack Truck made the trek for a product sampling experience like no other. BMG’s ZYN activation team was on-site, passing out swag and creating memorable experiences for race fans worldwide. BMG also had mobile offices on site, providing operational and meeting space for several teams and individuals.
Designed, fabricated, and managed by BMG, the 36-foot McDonald’s Snack Truck served up 7,500 samples of World Famous Fries. McDonald’s drivers Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick and former NFL standout Brandon Marshall had to climb aboard the truck to experience the fun for themselves. BMG partnered with The Specialized Marketing Group Inc. (tsmgi) for the activation, which featured remote control car races, photo opportunities with Bubba Wallace’s #23 McDonald’s Toyota race car, a trophy, Ronald McDonald, a DJ, and more.
BMG’s ZYN activation team ventured to Daytona International Speedway, adding to the experience for race fans. Thousands of fans from all over the world ventured through the experiential and educational activation.
General Motors used a BMG-designed, fabricated, and managed mobile office to provide a base of operations for engineers working the event. This mobile technical office offered a space for meetings with race teams, drivers, sponsors, race officials, and internal management. The mobile office included various resources, including wi-fi-enabled workstations with cabinets, TV monitors, storage space, and a conference room.
