BMG partners with Music City Grand Prix for second year in a row

With more than a dozen activations on-site, BMG made its presence known at the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix this past weekend. As a proud event partner, BMG provided, assembled, and managed various stages, hospitality suites, branded activation trailers, mobile offices, and more. The Nashville skyline and Nissan Stadium provided picturesque backdrops.

The SL320 played host to headliners such as Aaron Lewis, Brantley Gilbert, and Tim McGraw, while the SL100 saw the various winners receive their respective cups. Both stages are fully customizable and offer the latest in graphics and technology.

The cost-effective exposure of Brewco’s retail activation trailers offered opportunities for person-to-person interaction while increasing brand awareness.

Race-goers relished the opportunity to enjoy one of BMG’s many hospitality suites. These assets are available for short-term or long-term leases and can accompany our sponsorship negotiation and activation services and provide fans with multiple indoor and outdoor viewing experiences. BMG’s assembly experts can navigate even the tightest spots, as evidenced by the trackside location.

The Promobile offered a multi-level viewing experience for fans with an elevated open-air lounge experience on the first level and a bird’s-eye view of the track up top. The 53′-double expandable hospitality suite accompanied the Promobile, offering an air-conditioned suite experience with multiple large-screen televisions displaying the race from various angles.
