Summary
Brewco Marketing Group designed and fabricated a mobile training classroom for Bobcat to use at multiple office facilities. This mobile training classroom helped Bobcat retain their current workforce by providing career development opportunities to their employees.
The Challenge
Bobcat wanted a mobile facility to invest in their existing workforce and teach them how to weld. They needed a mobile solution so that learning could take place at multiple office locations.
The Solution
Brewco Marketing Group utilized a 48’ single expandable trailer to create a mobile training classroom. The classroom had desk seating for 8, a television for presentations, an instructor’s podium and 6 functioning weld bays with Miller Welding equipment.
