Brewco Marketing Group helped Pilot drive brand awareness of its new FriXion Clicker pen through a mobile marketing tour with stops in 35 markets. Retail activation took place at Walmart and Office Depot locations across the country. Sales of the pen exceeded expectations at each tour stop, including multiple occurrences of the product selling out.
Pilot was releasing a new product, the Pilot FriXion Clicker pen. They wanted to engage back-to-school shoppers and professionals at retail locations. Pilot needed a solution to differentiate from the competition and drive sales.
Brewco Marketing Group built a 20’ x 10’ display capable of adapting to space restrictions that was used alongside a custom sprinter van. Consumers were given the opportunity to take a photo with an oversized FriXion Clicker and send a photo postcard to anyone they wished.
